There was recently an article in the Daily Mail – I actually can’t remember when or what it was but it was definitely before last week. It was about memory and whether or not you were heading towards senile dementia. There was a tick box, and if you ticked all of them, there was a good chance that you were heading towards senile dementia. I stopped ticking when I had got most of them right – I didn’t want to carry on. One question was “do your friends ever comment on your loss of memory” well most of my friends couldn't remember if they had or hadn’t.
The thing is I did something really silly the other day. I went to work with two odd shoes on. Yes the picture at the head of this article are my feet. I had been walking around like from 8.30 in the morning. It was 12 noon when a colleague asked me what I was wearing – I looked down and there they were two odd shoes on my feet!.
So I thought it would be good to compile a list of silly things that we have done (before we forget). So please let me know on denise@denisevogel-lifecoach.co.uk any of your funny stories. I won’t use your names if you ask me not to – but what belly laughs we can have.
I remember being caught putting the kettle in the fridge instead of the milk!
Any more?

Me and my family kinda homeless. We stay here and there and we love christmas and it hurts me that I can't give them a christmas dinner let alone give them a gift. I feel less of a mother too.
