If procrastination is the thief of time, then read on and find the motivation to stop procrastinating: "The only lifelong reliable motivations are those that come from within and one of the strongest of those is the joy and pride that grow from knowin gthat you've just done something as well as you can do it. The best way to get motivated is by setting goals. Without goals, it really doesn't matter how motivated you try to be. You need to know what you are being motivated for.
There must be a reward or benefit to be motivated. That is what drives us as humans. Without reward or benefit, you are less likely to motivate yourself.
It is really important to set goals that work. Sometimes we set goals that are basically out of our reach. There is nothing wrong with a goal being out of our reach, as long as you set yourself smaller goals to get to that higher goal.
Your goals need to be SMART, Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely.

Take charge of yourself, your emotions, your feelings that stop you from getting where you want to go. Find out what it is that is stopping you, deal with it in the best way for you (coaching is an idea) and move on.
If you want to be motivated, then all it will take is searching for what motivates you. Setting an achievable goal will also help you get started on the road to motivation and saying goodbye to procrastination.
